Fendi Casa Resale Value: Used Prices in Europe and Monaco 2026
Across Europe, used Fendi Casa is being offered at a median of 30% of its stated new price (8 listings stating a new price, out of 31 collected in October 2026), and two contemporary Fendi Casa sofas were marked sold by a UK reseller at 24% and 30% of the retail prices the reseller stated. Because Fendi Casa does not publish its prices, a piece with its invoice can be priced against a real figure; one without has to be priced against comparable listings.
- Used Fendi Casa in six European countries asked a median of €1,350 (31 listings), from €50 for a worn sofa to €14,999 for a dealer-refurbished corner sofa.
- Where sellers stated the new price, used Fendi Casa asked between 18% and 43% of it, with a median of 30% (8 listings).
- The Fendi Casa Prestige and Eros sofas were marked sold on UK reseller Rehaus at €3,313 and €4,116, 24% and 30% of the retail prices Rehaus stated.
- Across all brands, Meubles Monaco has listed 374 pre-owned designer pieces since March 2025, and 64% of completed sales went at the full asking price.
What is used Fendi Casa furniture worth?
| Category | Listings | Median asking price | Range |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sofas and armchairs | 20 | €1,675 | €50 to €14,999 |
| Tables | 3 | €1,450 | €380 to €4,770 |

Condition moves the price more than the label. Two tired sofas were offered in Germany at €50 and €150, while a croc-embossed leather sofa with chaise asked €6,600 and a German dealer listed a refurbished Soho corner sofa, reupholstered in a non-Fendi fabric, at €14,999.
Fendi Casa sofas, armchairs and dining pieces compared with new
Fendi Casa publishes no price list, so each new price below is as stated in the listing, by the reseller or by an Italian outlet dealer.
| Piece | Where | Asking price | Stated new price | % of new |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Prestige sofa, 270 cm, FF monogram fabric | Rehaus, UK (marked sold) | €3,313 | €13,524 | 24% |
| Eros sofa, white iguana leather, 273 cm | Rehaus, UK (marked sold) | €4,116 | €13,524 | 30% |
| Red Murano table lamp | Rehaus, UK (marked sold) | €682 | €1,691 | 40% |
| Two-seater sofa, leather and fabric | Whoppah, Netherlands | €1,750 | €10,000 | 18% |
| Swivel armchair, black velvet | Whoppah, Netherlands | €1,600 | €3,679 | 43% |
| Croc-embossed leather side table | Whoppah, Netherlands | €1,450 | €4,500 | 32% |
| Bernini dining table, ex-display | Outlet dealer, Italy | €4,770 | €15,900 | 30% |
| Estella chairs, set of 8, ex-display | Outlet dealer, Italy | €5,940 | €19,800 | 30% |
Large contemporary sofas sit between 18% and 30% of their stated new price. Smaller pieces sit higher: the velvet swivel armchair asks 43%, the Murano lamp was marked sold at 40% and the croc-embossed side table asks 32%. The ex-display Bernini table and Estella chairs, both at 30%, are a useful reference point: outlet stock is on offer at that level, so a private seller asking more needs condition or paperwork to justify it.

What drives Fendi Casa resale value on the Riviera
- Proof of the original price. With no public price list, an invoice or order confirmation is what lets a buyer judge your asking price.
- Lacquer, leather and colour. High-gloss lacquer shows every chip; statement velvets suit a narrower audience than taupe, cream and black.
- Complete sets and size. A dining table with its matching chairs places more easily, but long tables and tall cabinets must fit Monaco lifts, so give dimensions.
Pricing advice for sellers
- Contemporary pieces in very good condition, with an invoice: start at around 30% to 40% of the documented price, in line with the European median of 30% and the strongest listings at up to 43%.
- Large sofas, visible wear or bold colours: 20% to 30% is realistic; European sofas with a stated new price sat at 18% to 30%.
- Vintage or undocumented pieces: price against comparable listings rather than a remembered original price.
Across all brands, completed sales on Meubles Monaco have gone for a median of 31% of the reported original price, and the median piece sold 66 days after listing. When buyers negotiate, the average reduction is 21%.

Advice for buyers
Ask for the invoice and look for the Fendi Casa label or plaque. Check lacquer edges and seat leather, and see how to know if designer furniture is real. Pieces stay in the seller's home: you reserve online for €25, we introduce you to the seller to arrange a viewing, and you pay the balance online before collection. Each listing carries a condition grade based on its photographs and description (how we grade our furniture), and we can recommend trusted local transport partners. Browse the Fendi Casa collection.
How we calculated these figures
European market. 31 used Fendi Casa listings collected in early October 2026 from Kleinanzeigen (11), Whoppah (10), Subito (7) and Rehaus (3), in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and the UK. Excluded: US-dollar prices, new or unused stock (two ex-display outlet pieces, the Bernini table and Estella chairs, are included and labelled), open auction lots, and listings naming the maker as "Fendi" with too little detail to confirm the furniture line. Prices are asking prices; for Rehaus, the last listed price on a listing marked sold. Eight listings stated a new price, as given by the seller, the reseller or, for the Bernini table and Estella chairs, an Italian outlet dealer; Fendi Casa publishes no official prices. Pounds converted at €1.176 (ECB, 2 October 2026). Across the eight brands we track: 492 used listings on 11 resale sites in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and the UK; 109 stated a new price, median asking 43% of it.
Meubles Monaco. Listings from March 2025, completed sales from April 2025 to early October 2026: 374 listings, 264 with a reported original price (median asking 34.5% of it); 39 completed sales, 64% at full asking price, negotiated reductions averaging 21%, median 66 days from listing to sale (37 sales with dates); 31 sales with a reported original price, median 31%. Fendi Casa: 10 listings, all with a reported original price, median asking 40% of it (range 25% to 64%). Asking prices include our 15% commission. Original prices are as reported by sellers and not independently checked. Meubles Monaco percentages use the original price reported by the seller, while the European percentages use the new price stated in each listing, so the two are not directly comparable; "sold" means paid in full through the site.
