Tecno Nomos Office Table by Norman Foster – Black Glass
A distinctive Nomos office table by Norman Foster for Tecno, one of the most recognisable examples of late 20th-century Italian industrial design.
Originally introduced in the 1980s, the Nomos system is celebrated for its exposed structural framework and highly engineered, almost architectural aesthetic. This black version features the collection’s characteristic skeletal metal base paired with a substantial, very thick glass tabletop.
The design combines precision engineering with a strong visual identity, making it equally suitable as an executive desk, office table or statement piece within a contemporary interior.
Designed by Norman Foster for Tecno, the Nomos collection became an important reference point in modern workplace design and was awarded the Compasso d’Oro ADI in 1987.
